Since 2011, Damon has crafted speeches and talking points for Rev. Jesse Jackson on topics covering the DEI movement in the domestic automotive industry. Damon’s work with Rev. Jackson has also included gathering and compiling data provided by the automotive manufacturers themselves that paint a picture of where each company stands relative to their DEI goals. This information is ultimately packaged into an annual Automotive Diversity Scorecard and shared with industry leadership.
